Add Team Members or Volunteers

ADD OR CHANGE TEAM MEMBERS

Team Captains can add, remove or change any team mates during the course of open registration for the Hells Canyon Relay. Please try to keep changes to a minimum after registration is closed, as preparations for your team are in progress. Please send your intention of changes to Rosemary at rosemary@smithrockrace.com . Please send Rosemary the following information if changing any members and/or division categories:

ADDING OR CHANGING VOLUNTEERS

Team Captains can add, remove or change any volunteers during the course of open registration for the Hells Canyon Relay. Please try to keep changes to a minimum as preparations for your team volunteers are in progress up until the week before the race. Please send your volunteer information and/or intention of changes to Rosemary at rosemary@smithrockrace.com . If any of your volunteers cannot make their commitment you can always use the Hire A Volunteer from our pool of local non-profits, benevolent or business orders in the towns, cities, and counties along the Hells Canyon Relay route.

This is a popular way to supply volunteers and helps the local communities. Check out Hire A Volunteer program to determine the volunteer hiring policies and prices at: www.hellscanyonrelay.com under Team Volunteer / Info navigation button, then use dropdown menu to Volunteer Information and click on HIRE A VOLUNTEER.

Send checks made payable to SmithShare Charitable Program to: 1686 NE Tucson Way, Bend, OR 97701 to the attention of Rosemary Douglass. Hire A Volunteer information and checks must be received one week prior to the race. All teams are required to supply 2 volunteers or 1 volunteer. See Race Info – How To Register. Instruction #5 tells you how many volunteers are needed for each team: see http://www.hellscanyonrelay.com/registration.htm

All Volunteers MUST sign a Waiver for volunteering their time for the Hells Canyon Relay. No exceptions. They must be sent to Rosemary, Smith Rock Race Group, 1686 NE Tucson Way, Bend, OR 97701 as soon as possible and no less than one week prior to Event. If the team is providing their volunteers, they must indicate which team they are volunteering for at the Event on the Volunteer Waiver Form.
